Responsibilities
• Strategy Support: By assisting the Revenue Manager with essential
administrative duties and fulfil reporting and analysis tasks
• Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative
pricing decisions on property performance
• Support the Revenue Manager in effective implementation of Marriott
Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures. (Rate Plans,
Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles)
F&B DEPARTMENTIn F&B at Le Méridien Ra, we provide memorable experiences to scent our clients lives.

SPA DEPARTMENTLe Méridien Ra Explore Spa is one of the jewels of the company, as well one of the biggest Spas
in Europe. Having different types of exclusive treatments it is well praised by our clients.
Requirements• Minimum 4 months
• Intermediate level of Spanish and high level of English
Responsibilities
• Handle guest arrival and departure
• Appointments and transfer to central booking for future client visit and/or appointment
• Retail product selling to achieve monthly goals
• Product knowledge and effective product communication
• Handle guests issues and complaints
• Monthly inventory counts
• Conduct daily midday register count, ensuring confirmation by manager on-duty
KITCHEN DEPARTMENTMixing flavors, with the sound of sea, with food texture. To be able to provide this kinesthesia is one of the
abilities you’ll learn here.

FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENTThe Front Office and Guest Services are a vital part of our hotels at Le Méridien Ra where there is constant
guest interaction.

• High levels of Spanish and English (+ other language knowledge)
Responsibilities
• Handle check in & check out
• Handle guests complaints and requests
• Prepare a guests stay
• Assist in intra-departmental communication
• Provide assistance during the entire stay
HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENTAll the areas of the hotel must be neat and clean so that there is no interference with the experience. Many of
the actual hotel directors, started in this position.
Requirements• Minimum 3 months
• Intermediate levels of Spanish and English
Responsibilities
• Supervisory duties
• Inspect rooms based on Le Méridien standards
• Assist Housekeeping manager with staff calendars and room
inspections
GROUPS & EVENTS DEPARTMENTDiscover our Hotel with our guests, since the start until the end.

Requirements• Minimum 5/6 months
• Intermediate levels of Spanish and English
Responsibilities
• Attend daily events briefing providing accurate updates on details of
bookings and enquiries
• Ensure regular updates in Opera on specific bookings
• Effectively manage time ensuring the completion of all pre-set tasks on a
daily basis
• Assist the Weddings & Social Events Coordinator in daily tasks
• Quotation of guests’ daily requests
ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENTDiscover our Hotel with our little guests, since the start until the end.
Requirements• Minimum 3 months
• Intermediate levels of Spanish and English
Responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure the daily entertainment for Kids and/or
adults/teenagers
• Assist Recreation Manager and Recreation Team with daily tasks and
projects
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENTDiscover our Hotel from the within.
Requirements• Minimum 5 months
• High level of Spanish and English
Responsibilities
• To ensure all employee and trainees files are kept up to date
• To ensure all new employees are provided with all documentation,
name badges, registration of fingerprint and other information ensuring a
smooth introduction to the Hotel
• Assist HR Manager in the preparation and coordination of monthly
payroll
• Control of night hours and bank holidays of departments
• Control of extra hours and schedules according to SDP program
• Assist the HR Manager with daily projects and tasks related to Marriott
– using Marriott tools, maintaining internal standards.

• Clothes (we do provide work uniform for Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Housekeeping. The rest of the
departments have to bring their own formal clothes)
• Sheets and towels will be provided by the hotel. All job clothes, sheets and towels can be washed in
the Hotel´s laundry
Important Note 1: Applicants must carry an EU
passport in order to be eligible for an internship.
Important Note 2: For staying more than 3
months in Spain, it is necessary to have a NIE
(Number of Foreign Identity). All the details will be
provided by the Human Resources before the
arrival.
