Unit Designers
Unit plans will be collected per grade level per content. Submit an e-copy and hard copy w/ rubrics and assessments to Ms. Baugh. Then, cc the coaches. Math and science plans should go to Ms. Hamilton. ELA and social plans should go to Ms. Arnette.
Unit 1 is due August 6 or as soon as possible.

Meet with coaches Friday morning at 9am to pull data for your students. Save the data to your thumb drive. Email the data to Baugh. Then, print a copy for your portfolio.

Phone/Conference Logs
Documentation of phone calls (at least 5) to parents and conferences with parents should be kept. Logs should be emailed to Ms. Baugh every two weeks. The first set of logs should be turned in by Friday, August 20. Please include positive phone calls.

Grading Scales
Suggested grading scales must be turned in for approval by each content/grade level. Upon approval, a copy of the grading scale should be posted in front of the grade book and letters should be sent out to parents.

Class Keys Studies
We must complete 16 hours of class keys training. There are 10 modules that must be completed before evaluations begin. You will need the self-assessments and professional growth plans that you completed in the spring.
Teacher Portfolios
The table of contents will be revised by the ILT and forwarded to you within a few days.
