This is Andreas’ take on an Auslese style Riesling. Grapes are picked from the steep vineyards of the Mosel, planted on red shale soils. VITICULTURE:
Viticulture is Organic. Vines are trained in Guyot. WINEMAKING:
Wine is fermented with native yeasts at cool temperatures, in stainless steel. It is then aged in oak.
