• To promote and publicise the work of the NIEP (Highways) Group and other best practice examples nationally in collaboration with other key stakeholders, eg. ADEPT and HELG
• To build on existing RIEPs’ and other key stakeholders’ work to provide a sector-led approach at a national level for local government on highways and transportation
