Felicia Kahn TACC SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Felicia has twenty years of communitydevelopment and project managementexperience in the U.S. Asia, Africa, andEurope. At TACC, Felicia uses herbackground in community andeconomic development to plan anddevelop special projects to supportneighborhood revitalization. She wasa key component in developing theTechnical Assistance Program andSummer Internship Program at TACC.

Felicia has worked across the public,private and nonprofit sectors(including Living Cities and the Ford

Foundation) in building partnershipscommitted to communitydevelopment and poverty alleviation.She has proven success in individualand organizational capacity building,with skills in training, monitoring andevaluation, knowledge sharing andmanagement of public and nonprofitorganizations. She holds an MPA fromHarvard’s Kennedy School ofGovernment, and an MS inTelecommunications from theUniversity of Colorado.
