Sub :- Condonation of delay in furnishing the Appeals

Sir,

In this connection, the appellant/assessee begs to state as under:-

1. That the Appellant has received the Assessment Order on 6th April 2013 and he was required to furnish the appeal latest by 5th May 2013.

2. That the Appellant was suffering from jaundice and was under treatment of the physician Dr. Arun Kumar who advised for complete bed-rest from 10th April 2013 to 10th May 2013 in confirmation, the medical certificate is attached.

3. That in this way, the appellant was prevented from furnishing the appeal within due date as the circumstances were out of control of him.

It is, therefore, prayed that the delay in furnishing the appeal may kindly be condoned and it be taken for decision for the appellant.
