REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR (2011 to Present)

Have overseen various markets which have included South New Jersey, Delaware, and Currently Manhattan NY. The markets have been comprised of 21 to 46 retail locations with annual revenue of $12M to exceeding $52M. Responsible for providing strategical direction for all facets of retail store management including KPIs, human resources, and individual store operations. Key Performance Indicators development included sales plan, comp sales, average sale, units per transaction, margin, and other indicators specific to company retail business model. Address performance concerns and conduct sales training with store teams and managers. Responsible for the execution of store-level HR functions including hiring, training, and termination. Handled all retail store operations including merchandising, loss prevention, inventory management, and audit compliance.

Ensured exceptional product knowledge at all locations with a focus on “best in category” products (P-3 Program) to drive average sale, increase customer visits, and improve customer loyalty.

Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of 10 senior store managers, 46 salaried store managers, and over 300 part-time sales associates.

Helped to designed and instituted multiple training programs that were used throughout the entire company.
