We finish in single notching, progres-
sive die punching and packaging any
desired length. Our stators can be
riveted, welded or cleated.

nical and economic factors. The rotor
casting is carried out on a fully and
semi-automatic basis and is, thanks to
the variety of different molds, highly
versatileandflexible.Traditionallycast
in aluminum and alloy. We also offer
copper die-cast on highly efficient mo-
tors. The rotor die-cast production is
with adiameterof 16 - 322mmand
uptoastacklengthof500mm.Inad-
dition to the rotor die casting, we also
manufacture empty housings for stan-
dard size motors. Our stamping shop
employsover10,000notchingdiesand
a variety of progressive dies for loose
laminations, as well as various stacking
dies.Theseensureoptimumqualityand
efficiency.
A variety of high-speed presses, with
a cutting force of 60 - 800 t, ensure
optimal utilisation of cutting tools. A
linear notching machine, combined
with an 800 t blanking press, optimi-
ses the flow of materials and ensures
fast turnaround times. In order to meet
high standards in all areas and ensure
the required standards in the ongo-
ing production, the stamping dies and
die casting molds are constructed and
maintained by our own tool manufac-
turingunit.Thismeanstheneedsofthe
customer can be optimally fulfilled and
economically implemented, right from
the beginning.
Our production options are increased
by a continuous annealing furnace with
amonthlycapacityof400tonnes.
