Working for the Client in an advisory role we organise and co-ordinate a project, ensuring quality is not compromised, deadlines are adhered to and budget is under control. This is achieved by constant monitoring and reporting to the Client on the progress of the various activities involved in the design, development and construction of a project.
From inception to completion our project management services will advise and make recommendations throughout the development and construction stages on the various types of consultants required in the business and commercial sector, and in the design and construction field.

Service Centre & Workshop – HendersonClient: Polysius Australia Pty Ltd
Project description
Plato Consulting was appointed as Project Manager/Superintendent by Polysius Australia, part of ThyssenKrupp Technologies a global public company, providing project planning, engineering design, supply and installation to commissioning of plant & equipment and after-sales service for the cement and mineral industries.
The new service centre comprises 1,600m2 workshop/warehouse; two level workshop 570m2; two level 880m2 offices with fitout 880m2 including site works. The main workshop was designed with an 18m high roof pitch to accommodate a 220t overhead crane.
