Internet Projekt, a.s. is a company established in 2001 on the basis of the cooperation of several subjects, natural persons and legal entities, conducting business in the field of the Czech Internet since 1998.

The information portal of the Ministry of Finance is one of the largest portals in the Czech Republic containing tens of thousands of documents itemized according to the time aspect and the aspect of the needs of the individual groups of visitors (personalization). It is also the first portal in the Czech Republic that was successfully certified as a portal accessible to handicapped citizens.
As for the implementation of the eCMS platform, it is one of the most extensive implementations in Europe. More than 150 editors were trained; they participate in the development and maintenance of highly relevant content.
The tools of procedural content processing (workflow) and high availability of the entire solution are provided thanks to a cluster installation. The implementation executed for the Ministry of Finance was awarded by RedDot Solutions AG three years after its launch as the best public administration information portal in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
The successful implementation of the project for the Ministry of Finance was followed by another project: introduction of Euro.CZ, which is a promotional and information portal concerning the issue of introducing a single European currency in the Czech Republic.
The Orco company has been a leader on real estate markets in Central and Eastern Europe for more than 16 years. It focuses on residential projects for family homes and housing units, both luxurious and medium-class, on office and retail spaces, small luxurious hotels and residences and resorts and it also deals with investments and administration of property and real estate.

RWE is one of the five largest European power and gas companies. The company operates in the field of production, trade, transportation and supply of electricity and gas.
The corporate presentation is divided into different topics according to the consumer: households, entrepreneurs and small, medium and large companies. Furthermore, it is divided by the two commodities of gas and electricity.
There are also many applications, such as the Natural Gas Price Calculator, Informative Conversion of m3 to kWh, Natural Gas Self-reading, Electricity Price Calculator, Tailor-made Electricity Documents, Make Your Own Power Supply Contract, Make an Appointment, Find a Sales Representative, and Find a Contact Place.
In addition to the presentations, we are also the authors of many RWE business portals, such as RWE ONLINE SERVIS, RWE Karta, RWE PREMIUM e-shop and many more.
RWE ONLINE SERVIS is a portal that allows settling the matters concerning natural gas and electricity consumption (for Households and Entrepreneurs) comfortably via computer.
We also designed and implemented the Internet television project, RWE TV.
We have been the major supplier of web solutions for the prominent Czech producer and distributor of bathroom equipment for many years.
The company presentation of with a large catalogue and electronic shop, all of which is closely integrated with SAP products, is connected to the electronic shop for end users and also a B2B gateway for wholesale customers.

In 2011 the platform was completely migrated to the latest .NET 4.0. The entire system runs on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 operating system and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. Primary data are always stored in the customer’s ERP system and the B2B only presents them to users. If all of the data is to be displayed online directly from ERP, even a smaller peak in the use of the portal could generate huge demands on the infrastructure and its performance.
IP Business Platform has advanced synchronization features that cleverly combine online and offline connection to ERP, which ensure that all invoices, delivery notes, codebooks, inventories and much more additional information will always be up-to-date on the website and ERP.
All parameters of synchronization services, such as a time interval or manual start, are fully adjustable. Furthermore, in the spirit of limiting the exploitation of the servers all synchronization services work on the principle of so-called delta increases, where only changes and not complete data are transferred.

The warranty on the work carried out within the fulfilment of a contract is 24 months.
The warranty applies to the implementation carried out by our employees, provided that the Client uses the work in accordance with the user documentation.
IP Techdesk is a primary communication channel that clients use to communicate with their project managers or account managers during individual projects. The service is available nonstop and it is integrated with other service support channels and provides all the follow-up steps related to technical incidents or new requirements. We provide the service to all our clients for free. There are different fees for the required level of response times.
The service is available 24/7 and provides reports on planned maintenance, unavailability time, reports on failures and their solutions, generating technical incidents, requests for minor development and adjustments (including their approval by a responsible person on the Client’s side), register of time worked and executive reporting on the quality of the provided services, including the check of the fulfilment of service SLA and response times.
The deadline for the elimination of guarantee defects is subject to the valid terms and conditions of our company that regulate their settlement free of charge, in compliance with the Commercial Code, to the significant benefit of the Client.
It is possible to conclude an agreement beyond the framework of standard times for settling guarantee complaints (preferably in the form of a service contract) addressing response times and availability of the technical personnel of Internet Projekt, a. s.
