PROJECT PURPOSEDevelop a concept plan that would revitalize the downtown village by: making it more walkable, creating destinations, expanding its existing character, improving the mix of businesses, and improving its financial contribution to the city. Gateways from main arterials into the village were designed to better identify the entry into this pedestrian-oriented district that would remind motorists to slow down while traveling through the village.
