Kelly of Ar-thur Avenue, who is teaching en-gineering at Hofstra College, hasbeen awarded a Kellogg Commun-ity College Administrative Schol-arship at Columbia Universityfor the next academic year. Mr.Kelly will complete his doctorateat the end of that year. He willlive in New York City with hiswife and four daughters.
