Bonnie LangfordBonnie Langford has packed a wealth of experience into heroutstanding career which has embraced success in theatre,television, film and radio in both Britain and America.Bonnie has just returned from the United States where shestarred in her own critically-acclaimed cabaret show as partof the ‘Brits off Broadway’ season at 59E59 Theaters. Whilst inNew York she also appeared with Tyne Daly in a workshopproduction of the new musical Queen of the Stardust Ballroom,directed by Jerry Mitchell.

She garnered more rave reviews for her portrayal of RoxieHart in Chicago, both on Broadway and on the NorthAmerican national tour, a role which she also played tostanding ovations at the Adelphi Theatre and the CambridgeTheatre in London’s West End.

Bonnie made her debut in the West End at the tender ageof seven in a musical adaptation of Gone With the Wind at theTheatre Royal Drury Lane.The following year she played BabyJune in Gypsy opposite Angela Lansbury at the PiccadillyTheatre. Bonnie made such an impact that the producers tookher to America with the show for a national tour and a highlysuccessful run on Broadway. For this performance, at the ageof 10, Bonnie was nominated for a Drama Desk Award.

On London’s West End stage, she has starred in a furtherfive smash hit musicals including: Cats, New London Theatre(original London cast); The Pirates of Penzance, Theatre RoyalDrury Lane and London Palladium; Peter Pan - the Musical(playing the title role), Aldwych Theatre; Me and My Girl,

Adelphi Theatre; and her much acclaimed portrayal of Charityin Sweet Charity, Victoria Palace Theatre. She has toured theUK in Oklahoma!, Charlie Girl, 42nd Street and, most recently, asMiss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls (Donmar Warehouse Theatreproduction). She headlined the US cast of Fosse on the Britishleg of their international tour and has also appeared in threeRoyal Variety Performances and numerous royal galas. Shetoured the UK with comedienne Sandi Toksvig in theirhilarious show Short and Curly and Bonnie’s one-womanconcert is a regular sell-out throughout the world.

Bonnie appeared in the hit musical film Bugsy Malone andmany British television series including: Just William, The Lenaand Bonnie Show, the award-winning Hot Shoe Show, HotelBabylon, Marple, The Catherine Tate Show and as the 22ndassistant to BBC TV’s Doctor Who. She has been the subject ofITV’s This Is Your Life.

In 2006, she learned to ice skate in front of millions on thehit show Dancing on Ice, skating her way to the final. Bonniereturned to the ice for the special Champion of Champions,before taking part in Dancing on Ice - the Live Tour, in both 2007and 2008.
