BCN BATTERYStable Quality & High ReliabilityBCN batteries have stable and reliable performance. It can be easily maintained to permit proper operation of the equipment that it powers. The battery can withstand overcharge, overdischarge, vibration, shock and extended storage.Sealed ConstructionBCN’s unique construction and sealing technique guarantee that no electrolyte leakage occured from the terminals or case for any BCN battery. This feature insures safe and efficient operation of BCN batteries in any position. BCN batteries are classified as “Non-Spillable” and meet all requirements of the International Air Transport Association.Long Service LifeHeavy duty lead-calcium grids enable an ULTRA long designed service life of 10 years standby use under optimal float charge conditions and optimal operating temperature of 15 ํC ~ 25 ํC.Maintenance-Free OperationDuring the expected float service life of BCN batteries, there is no need to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte, or to add water. In fact, there is no provision for these maintenance functions.
Low Pressure Venting SystemBCN batteries are equipped with a safe, low pressure venting system, which operates at 1psi to 6psi, designed to release excess gas and reseal automatically in the event that gas pressure rises to a level above the normal rate. Thus, there is no excessive gas gathered in the batteries. This low pressure venting system with the extraordinarily high recombination efficiency make BCN batteries to be the safest sealed lead-acid batteries.Heavy Duty GridsThe heavy-duty lead calcium-alloy grids in BCN batteries provide an extra margin of performance and service life in both float and cycle applications even in conditions of deep discharge.Low Self DischargeBecause of the use of Lead Calcium grids alloy, BCN battery can be stored long periods of time without recharge.

The battery can withstand overcharge, overdischarge, vibration, shock and extended storage.Sealed ConstructionBCN’s unique construction and sealing technique guarantee that no electrolyte leakage occured from the terminals or case for any BCN battery. This feature insures safe and efficient operation of BCN batteries in any position. BCN batteries are classified as “Non-Spillable” and meet all requirements of the International Air Transport Association.Long Service LifeHeavy duty lead-calcium grids enable an ULTRA long designed service life of 10 years standby use under optimal float charge conditions and optimal operating temperature of 15 ํC ~ 25 ํC.Maintenance-Free OperationDuring the expected float service life of BCN batteries, there is no need to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte, or to add water. In fact, there is no provision for these maintenance functions.
Low Pressure Venting SystemBCN batteries are equipped with a safe, low pressure venting system, which operates at 1psi to 6psi, designed to release excess gas and reseal automatically in the event that gas pressure rises to a level above the normal rate. Thus, there is no excessive gas gathered in the batteries. This low pressure venting system with the extraordinarily high recombination efficiency make BCN batteries to be the safest sealed lead-acid batteries.Heavy Duty GridsThe heavy-duty lead calcium-alloy grids in BCN batteries provide an extra margin of performance and service life in both float and cycle applications even in conditions of deep discharge.Low Self DischargeBecause of the use of Lead Calcium grids alloy, BCN battery can be stored long periods of time without recharge.
