INTRODUCTION “DYSLEXIA”
7
First of all I would like to explain the meaning of DYSLEXIA I got the
meaning from dictionary; Dyslexia means technical a difficulty with reading and
writing because you are unable to see the differences between the shapes of letter:
word blind less. It is mean that dyslexia people hard to read or writing the words but
it does not mean them cannot read and write until end. Dyslexia is a chronic
neurological disorder that inhibits person’s ability to recognize and process graphic
symbols, particularly those pertaining to language. Primary symptoms include
extremely poor reading skills them also reading or write the words reverse .As said
above dyslexic can not read and write properly but they have some specialties that is
they can learn by use of visual thinking skills. Usually research found that dyslexia
commonly occur to boy then girl it is because, boy need more attention in their
reading ability. The teachers also have to guide the boy student more often then girl.
According to Katusic, show that male and female brains process reading differently
and that these differences may account for the results of the current study. This is
make difference between boy and girl problem in dyslexic.
In dyslexia brain at the left side is difference from normal brain, in learning
language we need left brain but dyslexia left brain are difference and it make them
hard to read and write. The differences make them also difference from other ,for
your information there are many famous people are Dyslexia for example Tom
Cruise(famous actor),Mohd Ali(Legend Boxer ), Thomas Alva Edison(inventor and
8
businessman) and many more. That mean dyslexia also can be successful like
others. The differences make them think out of the box and it is not mentally retard.
There has many problem that has root same as dyslexia such as Attention Deficit
Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Autism, Dyscalculia/Acalculia, Dysgraphia /Agraphia, and
