Design
I start with proven design patterns for content, forms and check-out processes, and refine and adapt the design to meet the specific context and user goals. When working in a team, I set up branded templates (Axure or Omnigraffle) and interaction guidelines for easy collaboration. In the age of the responsive, touch-first web, I start with the tablet size design and work out to other devices as required. Whatever the delivery device however, I believe digital services and products should be authentic, useful and spark conversation for users and conversion for business.

Full redesign of the St George Bank website to improve the customer experience and conversion rate. The project went through 17 rounds of wireframes, full digital brand development, interface design and usability testing.
