Samuell East is located in an unincorporated
section of Dallas County at 100 East Highway 80and bordered by the Cities of Mesquite andSunnyvale
The Farm consists of 320 acres south of Hwy 80which is a division of a 609 acre park known asSamuell East
From 1937 to the 1982, Samuell East was utilizedby the public as an open park
In 1982 the Farm was funded and programmed forthe public as a demonstration farm for both
educational and recreational opportunities
