• Enter search criteria in at least one of the Primary Search fields.

• Enter data in fields, as appropriate.
• An e-mail notification will be sent to the district STAR coordinator for any state-required fields that are left blank.
• When entries are complete, select Submit to submit and exit out of the “Transfer Student Profile” form.
