to improve my English skills and build my confdence. Ater my classes

directly across rom the INTO Centre. INTO Glasgow Caledonian
University encourages all o their students to join societies and Im
really glad that I took their advice. I started practising Taekwondo
when I arrived in Glasgow 18 months ago and I have recently won
a gold medal at the Scottish Taekwondo Championships and a bronze
medal at the UK Taekwondo Championships.
