Capilano Mall

Taking transit is a great way to reduce commuting costs, and leave the driving to someone else.

The 231 leaves Lonsdale Quay, arriving at Harbourside

Drive in nine minutes. Service to Harbourside is every 17

minutes between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, and to Lonsdale

Quay every half an hour between 3:30pm and 5:30pm.

About a ten-minute walk away (900 metres) are much more

frequent transit services along Marine Drive. Once there,

routes 236, 239, 242 will take you directly to Lonsdale

Quay, to connect with the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver

and the rest of the region.

For residents of the North Shore, local services including

the 228 Lynn Valley, 229 Westlynn, 230 Upper Lonsdale,

246 Highland, 255 Capilano/Dundarave and others are

available from Lonsdale Quay. If you live in downtown

Vancouver you can take 240, 241, and 242 – jump ahead of

the queue and use the bus lane, arriving in 30 minutes.

And hey, if you are hankering to do the Grouse Grind after

work, routes 232 or 236 will get you there for a douse of

fun, healthy activity.
