Ink Printing is available for those customers whose print color is not available in a Hot Stamp foil or who purchase certain bags. Some colors may not turn out as they should on some color bags.

We will press proof all print orders prior to production for customer approval. This may add additional lead time to these orders. If a customer is not satisfied with the color we will not charge for printing plates. These bags are screen printed. Metallic PMS colors are not available.

Ink & Screen Printing Information Guidelines• Any print mark needs to be at least 1 pt. thick, this

includes fills and strokes. • Any negative space in the design also needs to be

at least 1 pt. thick, preferably larger. With the way these bags are printed, if the negative space is tight, then the ink can bleed into the negative space, thereby eliminating it completely. One area that is troublesome about this is the negative space in letters (e, a, o, etc). Please make sure any negative space is open.

• All san-serif fonts need to be at least a 12 pt. size and all serif/script fonts need to be at least 14 pt. size.

• Two or more color jobs require acceptance of artwork from our art department

• Fine lines and large prints with reverse-outs do not print well and art may need to be modified

• Half-tones or screens cannot be printed• San-Serif fonts print best with ink due to the texture

and print manner. Any fonts that are script, have loops or serifs need to be a large font size and usually have a stroke added or be a bold typeface

• File must be Mac compatible• Minimum resolution is 300 ppi• Fonts must be converted to outlines and any non

traditional font must be included in the e-mail and be Mac compatible

• Files must be in original vector graphics format (Adobe Illustrator .AI file or Adobe PDF with Illustrator editing capabilities)

• A graphic artist is available to create and refine logos for an additional charge
