In prevailing security situation specialinstructions have been given to Security Staffto exercise more vigilance and take suitablesecurity steps for safety of our esteemedmembers specially during marriage and otherfunctions. It is, therefore, requested thatduring functions, invitation cards must begiven to the invitees and if possible the hostshould depute representative(s) at entry gateto receive the guests. Members should extendfull support and cooperation to themanagement for their own safety/security.For foolproof security system, members’cooperation will be appreciated.

Cooperation with Security Staff

Safety of CarsIt has been observed that some members do not properly lock their vehicles whileparking in the Club premises. Although the CCTV Camera is installed but there isstill a possibility of theft of precious items from the vehicles. It is requested that allmembers shoud lock their vehicles properly to avoid any untoward incident/loss.

Library Rules:-If the book is not returned within four monthsof issuance date, in addition to applicablefine, cost of book will also be charged.

Re-issue of books on telephone / messagesis not allowed.

Printing charges of Rs. 15/- per page, if ClubLibrary service is used.

Club RulesIt has been observed with concern that some of thehousehold members who have crossed laid downmax age limit for membership (Households) are stillusing Club facilities which is against the Club rules.Members are requested to ensure that theirhouseholds follow the Club rules in true letter andspirit to avoid any such violation.

Dress CodeDACC is our Second Home and in order tomaintain its decorum, members are once againrequested to follow the Dress Code. Roaming inshorts, slippers and shabby dresses does affectthe sanctity of the Club. Members are requestedto also educate their accompanying guests in thisregards.
