The Fine & Country Media Centre is a team of experienced press relations managers and copy writers dedicated to liaising with newspapers, magazines and other media outlets to gain extensive coverage for Fine & Country properties.

The Media Centre team also pro-actively contact journalists when properties of special interest are instructed, supplying journalists with a full story and case study.

Editorial coverage generated by the Media Centre is considered more valuable and reliable in the eye of the reader than advertising since no money is exchanged in the communication of information and promotion of a property. It is estimated that positive editorial coverage is more credible in the eyes of the reader and can be worth up to three times the value of equivalent advertising space!

As opposed to advertising where the relationship with the media is single-sided (the company pays for a service), the Media Centre works hand in hand with the media, supplying them with information they need; Journalists write themed articles such as thatched, waterside, eco or equestrian properties to name but a few, and need properties to illustrate their stories. It is at this stage that journalists contact our Media Centre asking for properties matching their criteria, free of charge.

Warning: due to the nature of the relationship with the media, the Media Centre cannot guarantee that your property will gain coverage. The journalists will ultimately decide which properties they want to feature in their articles, but our team will always present your property at its best to increase the chance of getting published.

Unrivalled coverage in online and printed media

The Media Centre team is dynamic, creative, proactive, and experienced, knowing just how to match your property to the right journalist and the right media.

They secure features on Fine & Country properties every day. This could be in national newspapers like The Sunday Times, in your regional and local press, consumer publications like Country Life and international platforms like the Wall Street Journal. These features ensure more potential buyers see your property.

We target high net worth readers and national audiences in publications such as:

Strategically place your property in the right media

We understand that prestige properties need exposure beyond the markets covered by print media. The Media Centre team also connects with potential buyers via the Fine & Country social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn sharing engaging content including industry stories and featured properties. The demographics of the social media landscape are rapidly changing. At 1.5 billion users strong, Facebook experiences rapid growth amongst the 35 to 55-year-old category and the fastest growth is in users aged over 55. Pinterest attracts more female pinners while LinkedIn understandably enjoys a more mature user profile. At Fine & Country, we understand the importance of leveraging our social media presence as a powerful marketing tool.
