Genesis 1:28• 28 God blessed them and said to them,

‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.’

Hebrews 10:5-75 Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said:

in it,    the world, and all who live in it;

God is the rightful King over the earth, but He has established people to unlock the gates and usher in His rule.
