Paying for your studiesYour place as a domestic student at the University of South Australia is Commonwealth-supported. This means that you are charged for a portion of the cost of your studies, and the Australian government contributes part of the cost. If eligible, you can defer your contribution through a HECS-HELP loan and repay it later through the taxation system. Your contribution will depend on what you study. See table for a breakdown of student contribution amounts for 2016, as per Australian Government guidelines.

Classroom ready“Professional experience has enabled me to truly recognise why teaching is described as a profession of lifelong learning as well as firsthand experience of the diverse nature of teaching. As part of my TESOL minor, I also had the opportunity to spend three weeks away on a Cultural Study Tour in Seoul. This was an incredible experience that I will never forget.”
