About UsSince 1974, Coffee Mill has created remarkable, custom-designed beverage programs for companies across the Twin Cities metro area. At Coffee Mill, we focus on one thing alone: your peace of mind. That means delivering both great products and outstanding customer service.
That’s because, first and foremost, Coffee Mill is a service organization. Yes, we carry excellent products, but our goal is to win you over (and keep you as a customer) with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. We carry some of the best brands in the industry (Starbucks, Caribou, Dunn Bros, Peet’s, Keurig, Flavia, Good Earth and beyond) but we’re much more than a supplier. We’re a complete beverage service and we partner with our clients to tailor a program that fits your needs and satisfies your employees. Our HistoryWhen Coffee Mill was founded in 1974 we offered 2 regular coffee blends and one decaf. Today, Coffee Mill offers more than 30 different coffee blends from around the world.
Though the coffee offerings have changed considerably the commitment to service remains as strong. Coffee Mill doesn’t simply drop supplies on your doorstep, they are a service-oriented organization. Each visit their staff clean and exchange your airpots and carafes, test the equipment and clean and organize the beverage area. Coffee Mill staff take great pride in their work, and it shows in terms of their longevity.
The average tenure among the approximately one dozen Coffee Mill drivers is a remarkable 10-plus years. Recently Coffee Mill celebrated one employee’s 37th anniversary with the business!
Over the past four decades Coffee Mill has built a stellar reputation in the industry, as not necessarily the biggest, but the best.

Equipment MonitoringWe log service repairs or problems on all brewers, and use this information to proactively replace any brewers that experience repeated problems.
