Arnica re l ieves and soothes sensi t ive skin, yel low clover re laxes even the most stressed, i tchy or i r r i tated areas. Meadowsweet has ant i- inf lammatory and regenerat ing propert ies, whi le St. John’s Wort harmonises body and soul. Yel low gent ian is a wonderfu l accompaniment – i t is part icular ly good for the body after sport ing act iv i t ies, but general ly strengthens muscles and jo ints. At Gradonna****S Mountain Spa you wi l l f ind a subl ime sanctuary where you can indulge in the essent ia l p leasures of rest, re laxat ion and revi ta l isat ion. So everyone can enjoy thei r stay, we have a few guidel ines which we kindly request you to observe.

Contr ibute to the re lax ing atmosphere by avoiding loud conversat ions, making phone cal ls or any other noisy act iv i t ies.

There is a sauna for the l i t t le ones at the fami ly pool and chi ldren’s pool, in which users are permit ted to wear swimming cos-tumes. Chi ldren under the age of 16 are not permit ted access to the sauna area or gym.

Fi tness equipment users are required to wear sportswear and sports shoes. After use, please wipe down the gym equipment with the dis infectant provided.

Smoking and the consumpt ion of a lcohol, food and beverages brought in f rom outs ide is not permit ted in the ent i re spa or indoor pool areas. Dur ing short breaks, you can order dr inks with f resh herbs and dr ied f ru i t dai ly f rom 14:00 hrs at the Mountain Spa Recept ion. Dr ink ing fountains with water f rom Gradonna’s own pr ivate wel l can be found in the sauna and pool areas.

Please leave jewel lery and valuables in your room safe. In the interests of hygiene, please do not enter the spa wear ing street shoes or c loth ing and leave prams outs ide.

Please inform us about any medical condi-t ions you may have, because some treat-ments are not sui table for suf ferers of speci f ic disorders.

We str ive to begin a l l t reatments on t ime. I f you arr ive too late for your booked treatment and the therapist and/or booth is subse-quent ly booked, we wi l l have to shorten the durat ion of your t reatment accordingly.

Please al low enough t ime to change clothes and walk f rom recept ion to the t reatment rooms. Any cancel lat ions of agreed treat-ments must be made no later than 12 hours pr ior to the agreed appointment, otherwise the t reatment wi l l be charged accordingly.

Please ensure you are f reshly showered before every therapy. Showers can be found in the pool and sauna areas.

Cl ients are general ly asked to remove thei r c lothes for massages and spa treatments to be performed. Dur ing massages, only the area to be massaged is exposed and the rest of the body wi l l be covered. As one would expect, the geni ta l area is a lways covered and disposal s l ips are a lso provided.

Taking a sauna has many posi t ive ef fects. Please si t on a towel in the Finnish sauna but, for hygiene reasons, not in the steam bath. Specia l hygienic under lays are pro-v ided there. Please place your f l ip f lops in f ront of the sauna cabin. In order to mainta in peace and quiet, we k indly ask you to refra in f rom making conversat ion in the sauna cab-ins.

Towels for use in the spa are provided and can be found in the spa area. Please con-sider the envi ronment and take only the number of towels you actual ly need and throw used towels in the appropr iate laundry baskets or laundry shaft .

Our spa experts are happy to provide per-sonal consul tat ions or general informat ion on your t reatments.

The treatment t ime includes the durat ion of the therapy, as wel l as t reatment-re lated rest per iods.
