Exhale as you flex your spine back from center, keeping head straight and shoulders relaxed. Continue Movement. When spine is flexed back, draw your chin down to your chest and stick out your whole tongue as you make the sound, "Hunh." Inhale through your nose as you flex your spine forward, drawing your tongue back into your mouth. Continue for up to 3 minutes. What it does: Detoxifies the body and releases frustration, anger and fear.
