INTRODUCTION Human activities are purposive and goal directed.

Accomplishment of one goal gives genesis to another goal. Hence man is called a “wanting animal”. However, all human goals are not achieved. While achieving goals gives satisfaction ,not achieving creates otherwise feeling producing a sense of deprivation in the person. The sense of deprivation may result in, what is called “frustration”

Thus, frustration is a natural and unavoidable feature of human life. Frustration causes harm to both person and organisation.
