Questions from Chapters
Why this model? What are we getting from National that we can actually use and are actually asking for?
What does this mean for us as chapters - in terms of sharing members, in terms of
sharing revenue? How is this NOT competition for members?
CAN'T we work towards a centralized model?
Big Takeaways
Our chapter structure and the leaders that run them are YNPN's most valuable community asset.
This is complex and will need to happen in phases over years
Chapters are willing to work on this with National - be flexible, adjust their structure - if they feel National has their mutual benefit and the benefit of their members in
mind Managing this is process is not a side project.
Membership dollars will likely be the key way that the network sustains itself but it’s no excuse to rush.
