1. decrease the friction between the grains and the surface of workpiece2. prevent the grains from "capping"(i.e., prevent metal particles from becoming welded to the tops of grains)3. decrease the grinding temperature to avoid burning of workpices

•Do not store at open areas for long periods of time•Avoid places with direct rays and places with extreme changes of temperature, humidity levels•Take extra caution during summer (rainy season) and the turning point of season•The idealistic storage environment of Coated Abrasive Cloth and Paper is Humidity 50~60% Temperature 15~20 Degree Celsius
