Payment terms and conditions

1. This quotation is valid for 120 days since date of issue.

2. The payment will effect in the following means:

20% contract value by T/T as advance payment against 100% value bank guarantee, within 20

days since signing contract.

80% contract value by L/C against documents and B/L, effect in following method:

20% contract value by L/C upon acceptance of technical drawings.

55% contract value by L/C upon shipment against B/L

5% balance within 12 month since commission or 24 months since shipment, which ever

occurs first.

3. The delivery will be made within 4 months since receiving advance payment from the buyer.

4. All equipments have a Warranty period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 24

months since date of shipment from China port.

5. The seller will send 2 engineers to supervise the installation and carry out the commission of thepower plant. The buyer will pay 100USD per day per person for these engineers service. Engineers

round flight tickets and accommodation during the service will be borne by the buyer. Estimated

service days for this project are 30 days.
