XEROX Product Explorer To achieve Xerox’s requirements, Signals developed a globally available Product Explorer that would adapt to specific regions, allowing users to explore and discover the use cases, core components, options and solutions available for each product. With a large, technical product range that offered numerous configurations, Xerox required a new, customer facing website that would enable both end users and sales personnel to explore their product range in a rich and engaging way, whether on a desktop computer or mobile device. XEROX | Product Explorer | CASE STUDY The tool was designed with the assumption that the user would have no previous knowledge of Xerox’s products. And after guiding them through to a product that would best suit their requirements, it offers them the option to download a PDF of their custom product selection, specification and brochure resources, as well as links and QR codes to help them share their selection with a local dealer, who can assist them further.
