1. User submits documents to print within the enterprise via an email attachment.

2. Xerox® Mobile Print validates user access and sends an email confirmation back to the user with a confirmation code and release instructions.

3. User arrives at the device, enters the configuration code, selects the jobs and releases them for printing.

Xerox® multifunction devices enabled with our Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) give versatile and powerful job ticketing options to the mobile workforce. Users go to any EIP device and simply utilize the device interface to add incremental value through job ticketing (duplex, stapling, color) prior to releasing to print, supporting your environmental sustainability initiatives.
