I am writing this on behalf of Larry Harvey, former Vice President , Sales & Marketing, for Keltman.

In January of 2010, I hired and author ized Larry to evaluate the entire Keltman sales and

marketing organization and to make the necessary decisions to optimize s ales performance and

revenues. Larry immediately replaced several poor performing direct and i ndirect representatives ,

coached up and developed existing, capable representatives, and then recruited and several elite,

top performing representatives into the Keltman organization. Additionally, through Larry’s

industry contacts, networking, and concentrated and dedicated work ethic, he was able to secure

the business of several large hospitals and clinics with multiple branches thus secur ing a promising

long-term future for Keltman sales revenue.

In a very short per iod, Larry completely rebuilt the Keltman sales force. He redesigned the sales

compensation and expense management systems at Keltman, upgraded our marketing and training

procedures, and brought a sales and marketing business acumen, skil l set and professionalism

never before exper ienced in his role. Under his direction Keltman exper ienced the greatest single

monthly quarter ly and annual revenue s in the history of this company.

Larry is an extremely br ight, talented, savvy and solution or iented leader. He leads in an

informative, motivational yet accountable manner and is will ing to appropr iately adapt to the

specific skil ls and abilities of those he leads. The consistent feedback from those under his

direction was not only positive, but frequently was accompanied by gratitude of his presence.
