Quality Check List Huawei – Ufone Project

1. BTS, Rectifier and microwave Rack are installed according to floor plan i.e.

A) BTS Back Side 250mm & From R/L Side 200mm.

B) Rectifier Back Side 100mm.

C) M.W Back Side Closed with Rectifier. 2. Ladder is installed properly i.e. At proper height, Should be leveled and

Properly tight. 3. Ladder piece is used between DDF and Ladder edge for alarm cables.

4. BTS rectifier, and M.W rack anchor / bolts are properly fixed and tightened.

5. BTS Caballing is according to the BTS configuration.

6. Battery Banks installed properly i.e. dimensions / connectivity / numbering.

7. Layout plan is accurately implemented.

8. A.C Power cable is routed on cable tray at the back side and fall at 90' to

Rectifier. 4 Core is properly terminated into breaker.

9. All the power cables are routed the front edge of the ladder and are falling

Vertically at BTS, rectifier and M.W rack. (90').

10. All PCM and Alarm cables are routed on the back side (edge) of the ladder

And fall vertically at BTS.

11. All the grounding cables are routed at the mid of cable tray.

12. Distance between power, grounding and alarm cables is not less then 4mm

On cable tray.

13. Main grounding bus bar (inner) is installed properly with insulators.

14. Inner and other bus bar (shelter) are inter-connected properly.

15. BTS, Rectifier and M.W rack are grounded properly on main grounding bar.

16. BTS PCM cables all four PCM are labeled in DDF.

17. External & Internal Alarms cables pairs are labeled with ties with self

Printed labeled.

18. All the PCM and alarm cables should be properly tied up in DDF and

No extra mass up should be seen.

19. All White ties are used inside the shelter and black ties out side the shelter.

1. All ties should be trimmed properly with small cutter near to tie knob.

2. All tie knots should be at casual distance and at same angle.

3. All feeder connectors and jumper connectors are made by Rigger team lead

Checked by Quality Supervisor. Rigger Name______________________.

4. RF and IF Feeder Grounding are properly terminated at grounding bus bar,

Tighten and labeled properly.

5. No cross found between jumpers, Power cable and I.F cables.

6. Alarm cable and PCM cable coming from BTS are patched at left side and

From bottom to top of the Krone Module.

7. All jumpers and feeder connector are covered with proper neat shrink tube.

8. In look, DDF is clean tidy all extra wires are trimmed off.
