◘ OASIS patient records that are not locked due to verification errors or incomplete responses

The import process is relatively easy− Know where your source data is located− Know where to find your import tools− Determine how often to import your data –
MAKE IT A HABIT!− If the process is followed consistently, there
will be less rework for you◘ For example: Data Integrity issues at benchmark
submission time (all files imported, problems resolved prior to sending OCS the data)
