Invited to do this every year or at the end of a placementVery useful information to monitor the quality of placementsWe do look at it!!And share it in an anonymised format with each training scheme twice a yearAlso used as part of the GP trainer re-approval processCan ask for feedback not to be shared with Clinical supervisor if preferredARCP process includes checking if trainee has done it!!
