Sean McMillan

As a third generation native Angelino, Sean has extensive roots in the Westside of Los Angeles real estate community. Sean was born and raised in a multi generational real estate family. Following his grandfather and father, Sean began a real estate career in 1985.

Sean has a comprehensive professional real estate background and education. Sean has worked in just about every facet of the industry ranging from real estate sales to title insurance and mortgage brokering. As a loan officer, Sean is an award winning top producer and has participated in thousands of transactions. Armed with a reputation for maintaining the highest standards of integrity, market knowledge, and unparallel resources, Sean has the proven track record to put the hardest and most complex transactions together and keep them together.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Sean has garnered accolades in his community as a founder of the Santa Monica Chess Park, and as an active youth soccer coach and referee. Sean is active in both his church and children’s schools.

Together with his wife Jill, Sean raises his two daughters and two sons in the very same neighborhood where he grew up.

Jae Wu Jae moved to California from the East Coast in March of 1993 and fell in love with Los Angeles. She started her career in the mortgage business at a firm in Beverly Hills in 1994. By utilizing her love of numbers and caretaking nature, Jae found that she could help provide her clients with the most personalized level of service. Jae has continued to develop herself and her industry knowledge by receiving her broker’s license and becoming a Certified Mortgage Planner.

As a result of her commitment, Jae has already helped thousands of clients reach their goal of homeownership over the last 15 years. She has the experience to maneuver through these ever-changing markets with each client’s specific needs in mind, assuring that her clients fulfill their short and long-term real estate and financial goals.

Jae resides in West Los Angeles with her husband, Larry Fernandez, and enjoys spending time with her sons, Ryan and Jake. Her hobbies include beach volleyball, golf, and hiking.

Tony Coldesina

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Tony has lived in Los Angeles since 1994. Tony started in the mortgage business in 2000. Understanding that a home is the client's single most important investment, Tony takes great pride in assuring that the loan program is financially sound and the overall lending experience is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

He has deep relationships with a multitude of financial institutions offering solutions for residential, commercial and business lending and provides technical expertise, sophistication and personalized attention to each client's transaction.

By utilizing a unique method of immediate prequalification, his objective is to complete more transactions in a shorter timeframe with little or no effort from the realtor or client. Specializing in Jumbo loans up to $5,000,000 for properties in the Greater Los Angeles area, Tony focuses on building life long relationships by being a consultant for his clients.

Tony lives in Santa Monica with his girlfriend. He enjoys mountain biking, surfing, kiteboarding, skiing and snowboarding.
