He was also Appointed as Operation Superintendent at STASCO in London, managing the Oil vessels portfolio of over 30 vessel. Between 2010 and 2014, Actively been in the financial world. Self Employed as private investor and trader in the FOREX market , Options and Commodities. Mid 2014, joined KOTUG International and was appointed as Operations Manager, as well as In Country Manager or Local director. In 2015 established and formed WRH Marine Sdn Bhd with the purpose of enhancing the Maritime Industry in Brunei. With his marine knowledge and all the Marine activities in Brunei, setting up a Marine Company with Marine expertise in Management and Operations, as a value added and would understand what clients require and need.

Hanafiah Moksin Chief Technical Executive Officer ( CTO ) Director of WRH Marine Sdn Bhd Hanafiah was a former Marine Engineer, trained with electrical and marine engineering. Was a 3rd Engineer whilst he was in Brunei Shell Tankers. He also positioned as Electro Technical Officer on board the LNG Tanker. After a few years, he then work at a local Shipping Company Belait Shipping as Superintendent. After a few months, he Joined Brunei Shell Petroleum as a planning Engineer. His experience with Marine engineering and electrical has made him experts in the electrical system of any machinery equipment and engines. He later Joined KOTUG as Technical Superintendent exposing him more on a day to day basis on vessels operating technical maintenance, performance and reliability. He then joined and partnered with WRH Marine Sdn Bhd as the Chief Technical Officer.

Pengiran Ramzi Pg.Zahari Chief Business Officer (CBO) WRH Marine Sdn Bhd Pengiran Ramzi was also of a Marine Engineering Background but his career path was more to the HSE side of Oil and Gas. He started his sea faring career as an Engineer in 2006. He went for under the flagship of Brunei gas carrier Sdn Bhd. Appointed as the Shipyard’s Machinery Inspector and also was on a short term Superintendent. He then involve a lot of Company HSE leading team. He then move and joined Petronas Sdn Bhd as HSE executive and was also a contract holder. After a few months and almost a year at Petronas, he then joined KOTUG international as HSE officer moving his ranks to QHSSE manager for ASIA region. He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001/2008. Has extensive knowledge on QHSSE and has been implementing HSE management for KOTUG and manage to set a benchmark for the company safety standards . Later Joined and partnered WRH Marine Sdn Bhd.
