For our visitors & guests
Thanks for coming! Pick up a “Welcome to Worship” card as
you come in so you know what to expect during worship. It
also includes some basic information you might find helpful.
Ask an usher if you have any questions. We also have a
“Connection Card” that you may fill out, if you wish, and
leave in the wooden slotted box on the table in the back of
the sanctuary as you leave. Help yourself to coffee in the
hospitality area!
PRAYER & PRAISE
• Pray for the graduating high school seniors. Pray
that they continue in faith as they go on to higher
education or into the workforce. Pray that they
continually seek God’s purpose for their life and
find others who will help them grow in their faith.
• Pray for schools, teachers, staff and students
nation-wide as they prepare for the coming year
with the new unique and old anticipated challenges
that each beginning to a school year brings.
• Pray for local, state and national leaders for
wisdom and clear direction in decision-making.
Worship Service August 2, 2020
What is happening for our Fall Ministries?
We are excited to resume Kids Sunday
School/nursery and Adult Sunday Small
Groups for the fall quarter (starting Sept.
6). At this time, children will be promoted
to the next grade level.
Wednesday Night Live will start on
Wednesday, Sept. 2. A meal will not be
served this year. Classes for preschool
through high school and adult Bible
studies will run from 6:45 - 7:45pm.
We're looking for adults/youth who love
kids and desire to share Jesus to help on
Sunday mornings or Wednesday
nights. There are lots of ways to be
involved - helping with check in, teaching
a class, leading kids' music or game time,
leading a small group, helping in the
nursery. If you are interested, please talk
with Joanne Haidle.
Congratulations to our Graduates!
