Thank you to everyone who supported the Thank you to everyone who supported the $3.0 in 24MO! Campaign and to those who attended the reception. This two year campaign officially ended
on October 31, 2016. To date, the campaign allowed us to pay for the cost of nearly two of the five floors. Your generosity has been overwhelming.
As you can see, we still have a way to go. For those who have not completed their pledge, we want
you to continue your payments even though the campaign has ended from an accounting point of view. All of your future payments will be noted to your pledge. We ask you to continue to support
AbyWest. New initiatives will roll out soon as we continue to forge ahead to reach our goal of $8MM to complete the entire five floor community center.
We continue to strive to attain 100% participation because we want others to know our
membership is committed to this effort. Your support is greatly appreciated!
THE ABYWEST COMMUNITY CENTER IS COMING ALIVE!
As we continue fundraising to meet our $12 million goal to complete AbyWest,
we would like to share preliminary renderings of the Community Center’s
Reception Area and Fellowship Hall.
We envision a space where members can gather and fellowship before and
after worship services, and it would also function as a Hall for special occasions
and events.
We urge you to continue supporting this effort, and remain diligent and prayerful
as we strive to reach our goal.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
BIBLE STUDY VIA WEBINAR - 7:00 PM - 7/27, 8/3 (Mobile Devices)
Sink or Swim – Life Lessons for Turbulent Times
“If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all”
Isaiah 7:9b NIV
Jesus is the life coach whose promises never fail, so how should we anchor
our faith when in deep waters? It does not matter whether we’re in a storm,
headed towards a storm or coming out of a storm, the outcome will always
depend on how we engage Jesus as we approach life’s complexities and the
choices we make while riding the waves.
Join this mini-webinar as we explore incorruptible faith and nine spiritual
disciplines that will get us safely to shore. You will need a Gmail account and
Google Hangouts downloaded on your mobile device in order to participate in
this pilot.
Send your Gmail address to [email protected], or call 212.862-7474
Ext. 204.

cloak?

hours: (10 AM – 6 PM), and/or on Sundays
following worship services. We thank God
for your Spirit of Generosity!
