Overview

This article details how to set up an office’s Worldpay integration with a VX805. The newWorldpay letters look like this:

Checklist Prior To Start

Welcome Letter.

Ensure that it has a deployment ID

If replicated, make sure the welcome letter is for the right location

The pin pad is plugged in on all computers that are having worldpay installed.

Make sure they have VX805’s. No other pin pad works for this integration in TDO.

Make sure the Firewall has the appropriate exclusionsOpening the ports is the responsibility of the office’s IT.Exclude dms1.dsipscs.com & dms2.dsipscs.com (both Port 443/HTTPS). Exclude mercurypay.com for ports 9000 and 9100 (for Gift)Exclude IP Address 127.0.0.1 local port 3006Exclude X1.mercurypay.com and x2.backuppay.com

The version of TDO is V11.351c or higher.

DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE

1. Transfer the EMV folder from X:TDOBuildsTDO12TDOPaymentServices to the offices TDO Builds folder. Make sure to move the whole folder.

2. Find the version of NETePay at the bottom of their welcome letter

3. Go to DataCap website. Make sure you select the right version of NETePay

4. Download the dsiEMVUS, dsiPDCX and the matching version of NETePay. Make sure toplace the files in the TDO Builds/EMV folder.

SOFTWARE INSTALL

5. Extract USB Driver.zip. Hit next on all prompts.

NOTE: If you are installing on a secondary computer, do not install NETePay but install allother software. Restart the computer then skip to WORKSTATIONS SETTINGS.

6. Install all downloaded software as Administrator. Wait to restart until all the software isinstalled. The List of software to install:

1. Setup.exe in the USB driver folder

2. dsiEMVUS

3. dsiPDCX

4. NETePay

5. SetupMercury2011

6. SetupMercury2012

7. SetupMercury

7. Restart the computer.

NETePay SETUP

8. Add NETePay to the startup list by copying the desktop shortcut for NETePay into: C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup . This will add it to start upfor all users.

9. Click on NETePay.

10. Click on Setup > Setup Information

11. Click on Load New Parameters

12. Make sure you have the Deployment ID from the Dealer letter. Then click on I Have MyDeployment ID.

13. Enter the Deployment ID

14. Double-check that the address that comes up is the address for the location you are setting up.Then click Yes, This is the Correct Merchant.

NOTE: IF YOU GET THIS ERROR, THE DEPLOYMENT ID IS LINKED TO A DIFFERENTVERSION OF NETePay.

If you continue to encounter this error after double-checking that the version is correct from the setupletter, ask for assistance from a T2 or T3.

WORKSTATIONS SETTINGS

15. Access the network setting under the Control table.

1. In version 11: Administrative > Edit Control table > Network Setting

2. In version 12: Setup > Site Configuration > Edit Control table > Network Setting

16. Set the EMV server to have the Primary pin pad’s computer name instead of the IP. Leavethe port as 9000.

1. If installing on a secondary computer, you can leave the IP address and attempt todownload the parameters.

2. If download the param causes an error you will need to:

1. Get a session on the primary

2. Change the EMV server name to the primary pin pad’s computer name

3. Redownload the Parameters on the primary

17. Access the workstations setting under the Control Table.

1. In version 11: Administrative > Edit Control table > Workstation Setting

2. In version 12: Setup > Site Configuration > Edit Control table > WorkstationSetting

18. Set the Credit Card Settings:

1. Credit Card Company: Worldpay or Vantiv

2. Connection Method: USB

3. Com Port: Port assigned to the VX805 Terminal on the workstation,

Usually, it is 9 (you can determine this by opening Control Panel > Device Manager> Ports (COM & LPT))

4. Pin Pad Type: Blank

5. EMV Pin Pad Type: EMV_VX805_MERCURY

19. Close the Control Table, refresh TDO, then navigate back to workstation settings as in step 17.

20. Click EMV Param Download, then hit OK. Then wait for it to say ‘Transaction Successful’

1. If it says ‘Transaction Failed’, please re-run all SetupMercury files.

MERCHANT SETUP

21. Get the Terminal ID from the Welcome letter.

22. Access the doctor information

1. V11 : Administrative > Edit Doctor Information

2. V12: Setup > Site Configuration > Edit Doctor Information

23. Open up the Doctor-Location setup and Clear out the doctor’s name in the Dr. Name dropdown.Bring up each Doctor once for each location. Then input the Terminal Id in the Merchant IDcolumn.

PERMISSION SETTINGS

24. Each user that will be using the pin pad needs to have “Process Credit Card Payments”checked under their User Detail.

If you are still logged in under Admin, you will not be able to process a payment in testing.Make sure that you log out of TDO and have a user that has this permission set login to test thepin pad if they wish to test the integration.
