    Harmony HallThe Present

Music will be one of t he major cornerstones of World Island. We

will establish a tribute to the music of the world by creating an

entertainment and education complex comprised of entertainment

and educational v enues honoring music as a common t hread that

has been binding humankind together from our v ery beginning.

Music has elev ated the people of the world and has been an

essent ial unifier of gender, age, color, religion and culture. Through

music we hav e overcome the manifold obstacles of prejudice. It is

    our best hope for peace.

Music is central to World Islands mission. Harmony H all will

present the world of music and dance through a series of

interact iv e exhibits which will allow people to pick any area on the

globe and listen to and see music and dance performances f rom

    that area.

People can explore connections between musical sty les in

diff erent times and places, and so learn how music and developed

and spread from one people to another. Other exhibits will present

the worlds musical instruments and demonstrate the psy chology

    of music and the brain.

An Ins titute f or Music, Mind and Body will serv e as a world-wide

clearing house f or research on music in education and music

therapy. The institute will sponsor conf erences and workshops and will

also conduct research in s elected areas.

Recent brain research shows that, perhaps more than any other

activ ity , music activ ates circuits throughout the brain, coupling them

together in a neural dance uniting emotion and rationality , indiv iduality

and group awareness and activ ity . Historically , music has flowed

between cultures and society more freely than any other aspect of

cultural, excepting perhaps, trade goods. Thus, not only will World

Island f eature musical performances f rom around the world, but it will

    explore music in others.

In-Sy nchwill provide workshops and classes where people can learn

basic music skills, such as a capella singing, drumming, and dance

directed at parents and their pre-school children, older children, and f or

What does it mean to be a part of t he human family in an

Lorenzo Quinns Humanity consists of a monumental bronze sculpturein the f orm of a globe with two very large hands outstretched towards

the heavens on its top. One hundred bronze plaques that cov er its

entire surf ace form Humanity sculpture.

Each one represents an important moment in history , the one hundred

most important moments in history. These moments cov er all

biological, cultural and technological aspects (i.e. the Big-Bang, the

augmentation of the brain mass, the control of f ire, the discov ery of

the wheel, the printing press, religion, the chip, etc .).

The Globe's interior will host an interactiv e exhibition and broadcastplatform. The visitor will experience a v irtual reality show: three-

dimensional holographic images will explain our passage through time.

The reality show will be based on the reasons for choosing the one

hundred moments and their respectiv e importance for t he Human

    Evolution.

The theatre will act as one of the GUS stages, featuring

World Island to alway s be open and, thus, dramatically increase its

A substantial am ount of resources will be directed to c reating a

sophisticated organizational structure with sy stems to manage

conservatively m ore than 40 million visitors annually while engaging

approximately 150,000 employees. Most importantly, a major portion

of the capital invest ment will be allocated to develop the corporate

    culture and talent pool.

World Island Inc. will build, manage, and operate direct income

sources that will generate enormous cash f low and major profit

centers. They will include hotels, c onference centers, s hops, restaurants, entertainment centers, educational facilities, and other

    allied assets.

Inspirall Inc., a not-for-prof it construction management team, is being

    World Island Financial Overview

World Islandcombines phase-In options for t he host nation. This

concept will be state of the art construction to m eet the specialized

requirements of World Island in keeping with its economic objectives.

The development options presently identified cov er a wide economic

spectrum, with the Phase-In approaches representing the long term

capital requirements and the highest potential rates of return. But in

considering any proposal, economic stability is only one of the key

    considerations.

As a non-prof it cultural and educational center, W orld Is land will be in

a unique position to preserve develop areas of f inancial support that

would not be available to commercial ventures. Rev enues deriv ed

f rom all its participants will be utilized to maintain the complex while

providing the full array of immeasurable, v aluable cultural and

academic resources as outlined in the preceding overview.

Under the approach outlined, and through the combined use of not-for-

profit st ructures, World Island can provide the sound financial base

that is necessary to assure successf ul operation.

The dev elopment will take place on a parcel donated to the WDEF, a

not-for-profit entity , under terms that preserv es the host nations

    economic interests.

Our Proposal gives us the ability to procure a f ormidable assemblage

of anchor tenants, including f oreign nations, national and international

corporate participants and a variety of commercial interests.

Additional subs tantial rev enues will be generated through t he operation

of public f acilities, the of f ice tower, conference and conv ention

center, world class hotel accommodations, the restaurants, and a

diverse array of retail and business related enterprises.

The economic potential that can be realized with an Island that is

always open and welcomes ov er 40 million visitors a y ear will create

the revenue necessary to assure the Islands economic v iability .

What is the meaning of culture?

The word culture is derived from cult

and ur. Cult means cultivation. Ur

is an ancient Chaldean term meaning

light the creative aspect of the

universe. Hence, culture is literally the

    cultivation of creativity.

There is nothing higher than creativeness,

and there is no greater joy. Therefore

create and rejoice! Be daring in creative

    flight. Create courageously! Let thought

    undistorted and unrestricted be impressed

in your being. Let it be free from the

shadow of the censors scalpel. Be true to

yourself because there is nothing higher

    than creativeness.

    Thank You,

    With Appreciation

The future is not a result of choices among alternative paths offered by

the present, but a place that is created, created in mind and will, created

next in activity. The future is not some place we are going to, but one we

are creating. The paths to it are not found but made, and the activity of

making them change both the makers and the destination.
