assignments completed BEFORE entering class).• Make sure you have a notebook/binder, folder,

writing utensil, and your planner every day! • If you lose an assignment/worksheet it is up to you

to get a new one (you can get one from my website or Google Classroom). You will not be given another one. We conserve paper to the best of our ability!

10% = Warm-Ups Completed10% = Homework Grade30% = Class Work Grade 20% = Quiz Grades30% = Project and Assessment Grades

TOTAL = 100% for their total % grade in class

Homework Policy &

Late Work Homework assignments will only be

accepted for full credit at the beginning of class (when they are due).

For completion assignments, full credit is given when the assignment is FULLY completed on time. If it is not done when due you will receive a 0. Examples: Vocabulary or Copying Notes

Other assignments will have 20% taken off the total grade if turned in late. It will be accepted UP to 24 hours late for credit.

ABSENTo If you are absent, you must go to the absent box

and find your assignment(s) from the time you were gone. Once this is done you may approach me with any questions/concerns. This is your responsibility to do! Students will receive two days to complete the assignments missed because of an absence, after the two days, the homework policy will be in effect.

o If you are absent on a test/quiz day (or the day before a test/quiz) you will be expected to take it the day you come back.

o If an assignment was due on a day you are absent, you are responsible for turning it in the day you return. If it is not turned in, the homework policy will be in effect.

Grades

A = 93% - 100% C = 77% - 84%

B = 85% - 92% D = 70% - 76%

F = 0% - 69%

Locker/Bathroom Policy Students will not be allowed to go to their lockers because

they forget materials. They may borrow materials from the teacher.

The bathroom may be used only if the student has their planner and does not disrupt the class in the middle of teaching.
