Cladding: James Hardies linea weatherboards over a nomnal 20mmcavity with facings and boxed corners as per detail sheetsand specification, over Thermakraft watergate plus framewrap to frames, installed as per BRANZ apparisal & NZBCE2/AS1 paragraph 9.1.8.5.

Internal: All doors to be painted hollow core, doors with 1980mm highheads. Walls gibbed and stopped to level four for paint finishwith slimline to corners, Standard 10mm Gib to walls, 10mmgib Aqualine to wet areas. Tiles to be laid over Mapei,Mapelastic waterproofing membrane, applied to a Villaboardsubstrate. Falls in showers to achieve min 1:50.

Joinery: Bradnams/DW Homes standard joinery range,powdercoated and glazed with double glazed clear glass.Toughened glass to NZS4223 in all wet areas and etchelitefinish to bathrooms, ensuite and WC.

Slab: 285 Ribraft slab with 300mm edge beam, internal loadbearing walls, corner steel and sawcuts as per foundationplan and Wilton Joubert Ltd's design.
