an omission. The TSI does not currently mention anything for the High Speed network. Clause 4.2.20.4 of the HS INF TSI is only applicable to platforms where trains complying with the HS High-Speed Rolling Stock TSI are intended to stop on normal commercial operation (as per clause 4.2.20 of the HS INF TSI). So a new category needs to be added for exhaustivity that are the platforms on the High Speed network where no train complying with the High-Speed Rolling Stock TSI are intended to stop on normal commercial operation.
