2. Write these areas in blanks around the wheel
3. Number the small spoke squares from 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 starting with 2 in the center and 10 on the outer edge
4. Assess your current level of attention/balance in each of your life areas.
5. Join up the marks

1. On a new wheel, write in the same Life Areas around the wheel
2. Number the small spoke squares from 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 starting with 2 in the center and 10 on the outer edge
3. Define what ideal would look like in each of your life areas.
