For functionality and servicing reasons you have to allow a minimum space beside and behind the machine of 50mm.Allow a total height of 1.100 mm measured from the table top. The table top should have aminimum height from the floor of 700 mm to 900 mm.It is essential that the space below the machine is free for installation and optional itemslike water filters, waste bean and others. The cabinet should hold a height of 550 – 695mm.The Installation of the technical services is done though the table top.

ElectricConnection to WMFequipments:

The electric connection to WMF Equipments must be built to IEC 364. As a safety measure every equipment should be fused with an ELCB with 30mA Fault Current(EN 61008). There has to be a British Standard Socket outlet (EN 60309) 30 cmbelow the table top at the back wall of the installation cabinet. The Socket Outlet is a part of the contractor installation and is not provided with the machine installation.The power cord cannot be extended or changed. Any alteration can only be executed by certified WMF Technical Support.

Water Supplyand Drainage:

The water supply has to be easily accessible and shall be with a stop cock and a strainer of 0.08mm mash-width.The drainage has to be located 500mm below the table top at the rear part of the cabinet. The drainage has to be equipped with an air-ventilated siphon.The connection of the technical supplies and drainage are made in the shaded area indicated in the above drawing. A hole of 80 – 120 mm shall be drilled into the tabletop.In case the water hardness is higher than 5° dKH (Carbon hardness) a water filterhas to be installed.ATTENTION: The static water pressure should not exceed 0.6 MPa (6 bar).
