    In February, Brookfield Academy students attendeda seminar about numismatics in antiquity, taught by

    Rev. Paul Bulgerin, a collector of ancient coins.

    CertamenTournament to

    compete, playingalongside thehighly ranked

    Classical CottageSchool team from

    Virginia. The tripalso included a visit

    to the ancient art

    The high schoolstudents throughout

    Wisconsin alreadyhave a convention of

    their own, but everyyear, they host a day-

    long convention for themiddle school Latinstudents at various

    schools. It`s called theWJ^2CL WisconsinJunior Junior Classical

    League (Juniorsquared) and middle

    school students taketests and playCertamen as

    preparation for the realWJCL state convention.
